After maintaining a low profile for about some three weeks now, Britney Spears is back into news. This time it is for the overnight visitation rights granted to her by the court to visit her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James. Her sons custody has been given to her ex-husband Kevin Federline.
The hearing proved in Britney’s favor on 24th June at a Los Angeles Superior Court. She has been fighting custody case with her ex-husband Federline. The specific details about the hearing have not yet been made public but there have been some changes to the visitation rights of the singer. Both the singer and her ex attended the hearing. Federline had won the primary legal and physical custody of their children at the initial phase.
Surprisingly, Britney and Federline has remaining co-operative during the past couple of weeks. There would be a further hearing for this case on 15th July and would most probably go in for trial in August.
The singer had very limited visitation rights to both her children owing to Britney’s personal problems and mental health. The Toxic singer seems to have decided to put her life back on track in the past couple of months.
Britney even informed the reporters that she appreciated the decision, while leaving the courtroom.
