Guy Ritchie slams Huckabee for making fun of his wife

London, Sep 5 (IANS) Pop superstar Madonna’s husband Guy Ritchie has slammed US politician Mike Huckabee for making fun of his wife during a convention speech. Huckabee, who was at one point among those fighting Senator John MCCain for the Republican party’s presidential candidacy in the US, targeted Madonna while talking about the Alaskan governor Sarah Palin, whose 17-year-old daughter is pregnant, causing a media uproar.
Huckabee alluded to that saying: “The reporting of the past few days have proven tackier than a costume change at a Madonna concert.”
Ritchie responded saying: “Someone had to tell me who Mike Huckabee was. I gather he had some disparaging remarks to make about my wife and I really like her costume changes.”
